An evidence-based modality, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a trauma resolution method offered for treating clients who have had traumatic experiences and continue to suffer from the aftereffects.

As a clinically certified fellow in Hypnotherapy, I can help you resolve past trauma, reverse bad habits, and lose weight.
GOTTMAN THERAPY AND RELATIONSHIP HELP
The goals of Gottman Method Couples Therapy are to disarm conflicting verbal communication; increase intimacy, respect, and affection; remove barriers that create a feeling of stagnancy; and create a heightened sense of empathy and understanding within the context of the relationship.
PREPARE/ENRICH FACILITATOR
I would use an online assessment for couples who are either preparing for marriage or for couples who want to enrich their current relationship. The assessment identifies both strength and growth areas which are discussed and worked through with me through sessions and homework assignments.
MARRIAGE, DIVORCE, SEPARATION, RECONCILIATION FACILITATOR
Couples are helped through difficulties often caused by ineffective communication. Meeting with you both first to find out what the identified problems are is beneficial. I will also meet with you one on one to look deeper into your past to clear up whatever may be hindering your current relationship.
FAMILY ISSUES – PARENTING, BLENDED FAMILIES, EXTENDED FAMILIES
Because of the uniqueness and intimacy of the family structure, both traditional and non-traditional, problems can arise that can benefit from the non-judgmental assistance of a skilled, highly trained, and experienced professional.
